Employment Options's Strategic Direction

The Employment Options Board reviews the agency's
strategic plan every 3 years to keep abreast with changes in fiscal
environment and needs of the constituencies Options serves. While
constructing a strategic plan, many factors are kept in mind like
expertise, impact on populations served, passion in the agency,
funding prospects, and cost implications. The plan also keeps in
mind the values the agency has always believed in.
